Harmon is a village in Lee County, Illinois, United States. The population was 120 at the 2010 census, down from 149 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.1 square miles (0.26 km2), all of it land.
As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 149 people, 58 households, and 44 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,049.7 people per square mile (410.9/km²). There were 62 housing units at an average density of 436.8 per square mile (171.0/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 99.33% White, and 0.67% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.03% of the population.
There were 58 households out of which 41.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.2% were married couples living together, 5.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 24.1% were non-families. 19.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 8.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.57 and the average family size was 2.98.
